Mentor Details 

Each team will be assigned a mentor, this mentor will be an Engineering Graduate supplied by MBDA.

The mentor’s role is to assist the teams with concepts/designs, pass their knowledge and opinions on to the teams, help prepare them for the event and ensure that they are meeting deadlines and targets.

The mentor accompanies their team to the event and acts as a liaison between event staff and their team.

The mentor will visit the school on pre-determined dates, usually once a week, sometimes more, to carry out their duties.
